Lower Body Training

Good first leg session after deload, nice to get some weight on the bar and just get it moving. Started the session with the usual soft tissue and mobility work and then got to work!!

a1 Trap bar – worked upto a heavy 5

b1 Multi Step x8

b2 RDL x12

c1 Double KB Swings x15

d1 KB Windmill x8

d2 Fat Bar holds x10 secs

e1 rice digs x50

Time to start pushing it over these next few weeks now that we are up and running and everything is coming together

Thanks to everyone who has helped out during these past few months, its been hard but now the fun will begin
