Upper Body Swole Session

Big ‘get swole’ session today going in the gym. Plus a little comp called ‘The Battle of the Backs’, we all know what happened with that.

Todays Session

a1 Speed Bench 9×3

b1 Tricep Death 2x(5×5)

b2 Rope Climbs 2×2

c1 Press ups on Rings 3 x sub-max

c2 Chins on Rings 3 x sub max

d1 BB Complex – Hang Cleans, Bent over row, Push Press 3x(2×6,5,4)

Dont overlook the basic exercises such as chins and press ups!!!!
