UKs Strongest Athlete 2012 Application

The UK’s Strongest Athlete Competition returns on Saturday 7^th July 2012 at Life Leisure, Reddish, Manchester.

This is a chance for all serious athletes* to test themselves in five events against the best in the UK.  If you think you’re strong and fast, it’s time to put that theory to the sword.

There are three categories available this year:

Over 90 kg

Under 90 kg

Ladies

The cost of entry is £25 per athlete. This includes  a FREE limited edition UKSA 2012 T-shirt and some Myprotein goodies of course! Spectators pay £5 on entry and families (1 adult plus children under 16) pay £10.

PLEASE NOTE We must receive full payment from all athletes to confirm your spot in this years competition. We have limited entry to 20 places per category so get your applications in fast! Payment details will be given on receipt of applications.

Tyre Flip and Sprint

Ladies 100kg tyre, Under 90’s – 240 kg tyre, Over 90’s 240 kg tyre

Farmers Walk

Ladies 40 kg in each hand, Under 90 ‘s – 80kg in each hand, Over 90’s 90kg in each hand.

Axle Clean and Press

Full lock out. Ladies 36kg, Under 90’s 70 kg, Over 90’s 80 kg

Standing Rope Pull-in

Ladies 60 kg sled, Under 90’s 100kg sled, Over 90’s 120kg sled

The Medley 

Finish in style with keg, sand bag and sled

No excuses.  Only the strong will prevail so train hard and bring you’re A-game!

*The event is NOT open to Strongman and Powerlifting competitors.
